Agreed Value: In the event of a covered total loss to your watercraft, our carriers will pay the hull coverage amount listed on your policy without applying your standard deductible
Replacement Cost: For most covered partial losses, our carriers will pay to repair your vessel without deducting for depreciation
Personal Effects: Your policy protects more than just your vessel. If your personal property or fishing equipment is damaged or stolen, our carriers will pay to replace it, up to the agreed upon limit

Liability Protection: If a lawsuit is brought against you or you are held liable by a third party as a result of an incident involving your vessel, your policy will protect you. Carrier policies can provide coverage for legal defense costs, damages, pollution clean-up and containment, wreck removal and Jones Act coverage for paid crew
Search & Rescue: If you or one of your passengers is lost at sea, our carriers will cover up to the limit stated on your policy for reasonable expenses incurred from a government entity for any search and rescue operations
Marina as an Additional Insured: The marina or yacht club where your vessel is docked, moored or stored is included on your policy as an additional insured
Medical Payments: If one of your passengers is injured aboard your vessel, our carriers will cover reasonable medical and related expenses up to the limit stated on your policy, without the need to prove liability
Uninsured Boater: Your policy includes coverage for bodily injury experienced by passengers on your vessel who are injured by an uninsured vessel
Occasional Charter: Coverage for occasional charter is available by endorsement and includes loss of charter hire income
