State Privacy Notice and Collection Policy for Residents of Select U.S. States
This State Privacy Notice and Notice at Collection applies to residents of certain U.S. states with consumer privacy laws requiring transparency and individual rights regarding personal data. At the time of publication, these states currently include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon. Going forward, this policy will cover residents of states that adopt similar laws.

This notice supplements the Prizm Online Privacy Policy and is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and similar laws. This notice does not apply to information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or otherwise exempt under state privacy statutes.
